Ingredients

2 lb Potatoes

10 fl oz Water

6 oz Oatmeal

2 oz Flour

1 tsp Salt

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour and salt together.
  2. Slowly add the warm water.
  3. Roll out the mixture on a floured board and knead until 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Cut into triangles.
  5. Cook on a pan or griddle until golden on both sides.
  6. Dry out in a cool oven at 150C/300F until crisp - eat with butter.
