Ingredients
1 can (6 oz) of albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked
1 egg white or 2 tbsp liquid egg whites
2 tbsp rolled oats
2 tbsp diced onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste (not included in nutritional info above)
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients, except the cheese, in a small bowl.
- Preheat a frying pan and lightly coat with a cooking spray.
- Form two patties from the tuna mixture and place them in the pan.
- Cook one side until brown and then turn.
- When the second side is nearly done, lightly sprinkle on the cheese.
