Ingredients
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup shopped raw cashews
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup instant non-fat dry milk solids
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, cashews, coconut, sesame seeds, wheat germ and dry milk.
- Mix together the oil and honey and stir into dry ingredients. Spread the mixture in a Teflon-lined, jelly-roll pan (or well-greased pan) and bake about 30 minutes, stirring several times to allow even browning. Cool and store in tightly-covered containers.
