Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 egg

30 oz. cream cheese; softened

1/4 cup heavy cream; whipped

3 tbsp corn flour; sifted

Preparation

preheat oven to 350F. Butter an 8 inch pan. Coat the bottom of pan with crumbs and refridgerate.

In a large bowl combine sugar and cornstarch. Beat in cream cheese, then egg. Add heavy cream beting constantly. Add vanilla and beat well. Pour into pan.

Bake until top is golden (40-45 mins)

cool in pan for 3 Hours
