Ingredients
4 loaves French or Italian Bread.
1 bottle Olive Oil.
3 Bags Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
3 cans Stewed Tomatoes or 8 fresh Tomatoes.
1 tsp Vinegar per loaf.
Basil to taste.
4 Cloves Garlic.
Oregano to taste.
Salt/Pepper to taste.
Brush.
Preparation
Brush bread with olive oil and 1 tsp vinegar per loaf.
Cut tomatoes to bite size take out seeds or spread stewed tomatoes evenly on bread.
Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
Spread cheese evenly over loaves.
Cut up garlic spread evenly over breads.
Sprinkle Oregano, Salt, & Basil to taste.
Cook in oven 5-6 minutes (oven time may vary).
