Ingredients

1 1/8 cup butter (or margarine)

1 cup sugar

4 eggs

2 tbsp vanilla sugar

(or 1 tsp vanilla

extract)

4 1/2 cups ground pecans or

ground walnuts

1 cup milk

3 1/2 cups flour

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp rum extract

1 tbsp baking powder

Preparation

In mixing bowl beat butter and sugar until fluffy, add eggs, mix well. Beat in vanilla, add ground pecans, mixing well. In separate bowl, sift together flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Stir into butter/sugar mixture, adding milk. Mix in rum extract. Continue beating until well mixed. Pour batter into well greased bundt form pan. Bake in preheated oven (325^ - 350^) for approximately 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan, slice and serve
