Ingredients
1/3c (5 1/2 T) butter, softened
1/2c sugar
2 eggs
1t vanilla
1c Nutella (300g)
2 T cocoa
3/4 c flour
pinch of salt
chopped hazelnut (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 8x8 pan (or use 2 pieces of foil as slings). Cream together butter and sugar. Incorporate eggs and vanilla until combined. Mix in Nutella (micorwave for a few seconds if too hard) until smooth and fluffy. Add in flour , cocoa and salt until just mixed. Scoop batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake 22 minutes or until set in the center. Cool at least 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
