Ingredients

3 egg whites

1/2 t. baking powder

3/4 C. sugar

7 crushed vanilla wafers

7 crushed graham crackers

1/2 chopped pecans

1/2 pint whipping cream

Preparation

Beat 3 egg whites until very fluffy. Add 1/2 t. baking powder. Beat until stiff. Fold in vanilla wafers, graham crackers and nuts. Fold mixture in buttered pie tin and bake approx. 1/2 hour at 350 F. Top with 1/2 pint whipped cream that has been whipped until fairly stiff. Chill over night.
