Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup sunflower seeds
2/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup rice flour
1/4 cup flax seeds (optional)
1/4 tsp freshly-grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup dark molasses
1/3 cup dark honey
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
Add wet ingredients and mix well.
Spread mixture across baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring once during baking.
Remove baking sheet from oven and allow to cool on sheet.
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Serve with milk and fresh fruit.
