¨ù lb Margarine
3 oz Cream Cheese
1 cp. Flour
1 egg slightly beaten
1 tbsp. Melted butter
¨ú cp. Brown sugar
¨ö cp. Chopped nuts (Pecans & Walnuts)
Preparation
Cookie Doe: Combine the following ingredients: ¨ù lb Margarine 3 oz Cream Cheese 1 cp. Flour Blend to form doe. Cut doe in half. Roll into 2 cigars. Cut each cigar into 12 balls. Press each ball to fit mini-muffin pan. Filling: Combine the following ingredients: 1 egg slightly beaten 1 tbsp. Melted butter ¨ú cp. Brown sugar ¨ö cp. Chopped nuts (Pecans & Walnuts) Mix filling than spoon into mini-muffin tin with cookie doe. Bake in preheated oven at 350¢ª for 15 minutes. Allow cookies to cool, then pop out of muffin tin. Sift with powder sugar.
