Ingredients

Cake

110 g Butter

120 g Sugar

60 g Flour

1 large Egg

3 Yolks

vanilla

Nut Topping

3 Egg Whites

60 g chopped Nuts (mixed)

30 g chopped Almonds

90 g powdered? Sugar

Preparation

Cake:

Cream butter and sugar, add egg and yolks,and rest of ingredients. Bake in spring form and let cool for an hour or so.

Topping:

Beat the eggs whites stiff, incorporate other ingredients, spread over cake and bake 12 mins at a lower temperature. Let cool.
