Ingredients

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (4 to 5 limes) 

1/4 cup fish sauce 

1/4 cup rice-wine vinegar 

2 teaspoons sugar 

1 green chile pepper, very thinly sliced 

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, fish sauce, rice-wine vinegar, sugar, and chile. Transfer to a serving bowl.
