Ingredients
1 cup raw almonds ground
1 cup Romano cheese grated
1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 Turn almonds to crumbs using a blender Add all cheeses and blend Spray mini muffin tins with olive or canola spray Put one heaping tablespoon of mixture into the bottom of each muffin pan and press firmly with a spoon Bake in oven for 10 minutes Remove from oven and turn over to cooling rack. Crackers will remove easier when browned well
