Ingredients

1 lb. white fish (either haddock or cod)

1 LB scallops or lobster meat

¼ LB butter

2 cups chopped onions

2 cups chopped celery

4 cups cubed potatoes

5 cups of water

2 cups whole milk

2 cups 35% cream

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Fresh parsley

Preparation

Chop celery and onion fine. Melt butter in large pot at medium heat. Add onions and celery and sauté until onions turn clear, do not let butter caramelise. Add water and potatoes and boil until the potatoes are semi-cooked. Add fish and let cook until potatoes are cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add milk and cream and heat but do not allow milk to burn. Garnish with parsley.
