Ingredients
8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
1 20 oz. can lychee drained, and sliced
11 oz mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup shredded coconut
½ cup chopped dried mango and or dried papaya
grated zest of ½ lime, ½ orange and ½ lemon
¼ tsp. almond flavoring
3.5 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 c mini marshmallows
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup maraschino cherries, cut in half
Preparation
In a large bowl combine canned and dried fruits, coconut, zest, and flavoring. Mix well. Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows, and coconut milk.
Chill 1 hour.
Garnish w/ cherries before serving.
