Ingredients
1 lb Tilapia fillets cleaned.
1 clove garlic smashed
1 teaspoon ginger smashed
1 tablespoon Paprika powder
1/2 teaspoon turmuric powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 Tablespoon Olive oil
Preparation
Clean the fish properly. And make thin slits if the fish is thick. Make paste with ginger and garlic. Then mix with the rest of the ingredients and carefully paste it on the fish.
Then heat the frying pan and pour the Olive oil. Let the oil heat too. Leave heat on high. Put the fish carefully into the oil and let it fry for about 10 minutes (till the sound of the oil differs). Then fry the other side of the fish the same way. Enjoy it hot with Rice and Yoghurt.
