Ingredients
3 C Flour
3 T Sugar
1/2 t Salt
4 C Milk
3 Eggs
3 T Vegetable Oil
1 t Vanilla
Preparation
Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine all the wet ingredients in a large bowl, then combine the two bowls together and whisk well. There should be no lumps (a blender works well to combine all the ingredients). Pour about 1/2 C of batter onto a hot greased skillet and spread out evenly. Turn when the batter is firm.
