Ingredients
3/4 c. butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
1 c. oatmeal, processed to fine consistency
1/2 or so nuts (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, sugars and vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
- Sift together flour, salt and baking soda; add.
- Stir in oatmeal and nuts.
- Drop onto sheets, bake 8-10 min.
