Ingredients

1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and mashed 

1 scallion, thinly sliced 

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro 

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper 

2 tablespoons crumbled roasted seaweed snacks 

Brown-rice cakes or crackers, for serving 

Preparation

Combine avocado, scallion, lime juice, and cilantro in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with roasted seaweed and serve with rice cakes.
