Ingredients
Noodles..fat wide or Bow-tie.Amount depending on number of people serving.
1/4 cup butter OR Margarine Or oil
1/2 of medium size cabbage
1 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Preparation
Boil noodles follow package instructions Dice cabbage,then sprinkle with the salt and let stand 1/2 hour Melt butter or margarine or oil in saucepan, add cabbage and cook until tender,stirring freguently. When noodles are cook dain and mix cooked cabbage into the cooked noodles. Serve hot.
