Ingredients

1 bag medium noodles cooked in boiling salt water, cooled

1/2 cup sugar or to taste

4 Tbsp sour cream

1 small container cottage cheese, small curd

1 cup yellow raisins, optional

Corn flakes

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Butter bottom and sides of casserole dish. Spread corn flakes to cover bottom and sides of dish.

Mix together sugar, cottage cheese, sour cream and raisins. Fold cool noodles in. Add noodle mixture to prepared dish and sprinkle corn flake crumbs on top. Place 4-5 pats of butter on top.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
