Ingredients

–1 lb. broad noodles

–1/2 lb. cottage cheese

–1/2 lb. ricotta cheese

–1 cup sour cream

–3 eggs, beaten

–1/3 cup white or brown sugar

–1/2 cup brown raisins

–1/2 cup yellow raisins

–1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg

–2 large cooking apples, diced

Preparation

Boil noodles until tender, drain, and return to cooking pot. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
