Ingredients

4 oz medium noodles, cooked and drained

1C. large-curd low fat cottage cheese, drained

1C. thick low fat sour cream

1/3 C. finely chopped onion

Sliced mushrooms

1 clove garlic, minced

1 t. Worcestershire sauce

4 drops (or more to taste) Tabasco

1 to 2 T. flour

¼ t. salt

1/8 t. white pepper

¼ C. buttered fine dry bread-crumbs

Preparation

  1. While noodles are cooking, mix the next six ingredients together. Saute the garlic, mushrooms and onions first. Sprinkle with a mixture of the flour, salt and pepper. 2. Blend cottage-cheese mixture with the cooked noodles; turn into a buttered 1-1/2 qt. Casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.

Heat in a 350 degree oven about 15 minutes or until Crumbs are lightly browned.
