Ingredients

6 jumbo eggs

1/4 cup veggie oil

1/4 cup shortening

1/4 cup soft butter

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp vanilla

2-2 1/2 cups flour

Preparation

*blend eggs, sugar and shortening *add oil, butter, salt, baking powder and vanilla *slowly add flour *refrigerate batter for at least one hour before making the pizellas. *drop about 1 tsp onto pizella maker *cook until very light brown
