Ingredients

1 lb green beans, trimmed, cut into 2 in lengths

1/4 c extra virgin olive oil

1/2 c breadcrumbs

1/4 c Pecorino Romanio cheese

Salt & Pepper

Preparation

1)Preheat oven to 400 def F 2) Boil 6 qts water and add 2 tbps salt. Add beans and cook for approx 3 minutes until tender. Drain beans and place in ice bath to cool. 3)Toss beans with olive oil, bread crumbs, and cheese with salt and pepper to taste. 4) Spread on baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
