Ingredients

1 c white or yellow rice

2 c julienned veg in teriyaki glaze

8 oz sashimi tuna

2 pieces nori paper

1 cup tempura batter

Preparation

lay nori paper on saran wrap & place on bamboo roll add 2 tblsp of rice 2 oz of jul. veg on top of rice and 2 slices tuna wrap dip in tempura and flash fry cut en bias and serve
