Ingredients
2lbs. beef stew
3 carrots, cut up
3 lg potatoes, cut up
1 lg. onion, cut up or 1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 cups celery, cut up
1 can tomato soup or 1 can stewed tomatoes
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Bay leaf
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 pkg. Frozen Peas (add after cooking)
Preparation
Put all ingredients together in a covered large casserole or pot. Bake in 275 deg. oven for 5 hours or 325 deg. for 4 hours. Add 1 package frozen peas before serving.
