Ingredients

2 pounds lean stew meat

4 ribs of celery, chopped

4 carrots, sliced

4 potatoes, peeled and chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

3 Tablespoons Instant Tapioca

1 28 ounce can chopped tomatoes

2 Tablespoons beef bouillon granules

1 16 ounce can beef broth

salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large oven-proof dish or dutch oven. Cover with foil, and the lid. Bake at 250 degrees 4 to 5 hours! No Peeking!! :-)
