Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
3/4 Chopped Onions
1 T Parsley Flakes
1 - 6 oz. Can Tomato Paste
1 tsp. Basil
1 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Salt
Dash of Pepper
CHEESE FILLING
1 C. Creamed Cottage Cheese
1 Egg
1/4 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
CRUST
2 Cans Cresent Rolls
2 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
1 T Mile
1 T Sesame Seeds (Optional)
Preparation
Brown meat and drain, add seasonings & tomato paste and cool. Combine all ingredients for cheese filling. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 rectangles. Place retangles of dough on ugreased cookie sheet overlaping edges slightly to form a 15 x 13 rectagle, press edges and perforations together. Spread half of meat mixture on rolls, cover with cheese filling and then cover with remaining meat mixture, making 3 layers. Place cheese slices over meat. Fold 13" eds of dough over filling 1", pinch edges to seal. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
