Ingredients

2 eggs

Onion to taste

Garlic to taste

Dill pickle to taste

1 tbsp Dijon or other mustard

1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese

Preparation

Hard-boil the eggs. Chop onion, pickle and garlic. Shell the eggs. Mix all ingredients well.

This can be served alone, with crackers or on bread. I served this to myself on 16 rice crackers and came out with 310 calories, 32 carbs, 11 fat and 15 protein.
