Ingredients
3 cups flour (any combo) - 2 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp yeast - 1 2/3 cup water in a bowl
Preparation
combine all ingred - cover c saran & set aside for 8-12 hrs (longer is o.k.) - turn dough on floured cotton towel - fold over 3 - 4 times - cover c towel & let rest 15 mins - form dough into ball - place back in cleaned bowl & let rise 2-4 hrs - when pot is hot dust it c corn meal & place dough in center - put lid on pot & bake in oven x 30 min - remove lid & bake 15 mins - remove bread & cool
