Ingredients
3 cups of flour (I use 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 cups of flour, adjust it depending on what you find in the pantry)
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp instant yeast
1 ½ cups tap water (or more to make it sticky)
¼ tsp cider vinegar
Preparation
Mix just enough to combine ingredients. Cover for 12-18 hours.
(The video has you rolling the dough in cornmeal in a tea towel, done right, this negates the need for parchment paper to line the pan. )
Leave for two more hours. Heat the pan for 30 minutes, then bake covered for 30 minutes at 475, uncover and bake about 15 more minutes, until chestnut brown.
