Ingredients

•8 oz low-fat milk (skim or unsweetened rice, soy or almond milk)

•1 scoop chocolate protein powder (about 1/4 cup)

•2 tbsp 70% cacao powder

•2 tbsp ground flaxseeds

•15 fresh mint leaves (about 1 1/2 tbsp loosely packed)

•5 ice cubes

Preparation

In a blender, put milk, protein powder, cacao powder, flaxseeds, mint leaves and ice. Blend on high for about 1 to 2 minutes or until ice is fully broken down and combined. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
