Ingredients

4 - 6 oz Salmon Filets

4 tbsp of any commercially prepared cajun seasoning mixture

2 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil (1 1/2 tbsp will be used for pan frying)

1 lemon (optional)

Preparation

  1. Coat the Salmon in 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  2. Roll each Salmon piece in the cajun seasoning
  3. Heat 1 1/2 tbsp of oil in a hot non-stick 10" frying pan
  4. Add the Salmon to the pan (Salmon pieces should not be touching)
  5. Fry on each side for 3 - 4 minutes until flaky
  6. Remove from pan and spritz with fresh squezzed lemon juice
  7. Enjoy with your favorite side dish.
