Ingredients

1 CUP OF UNBLEACHED FLOUR

1 CUP OF WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR

1/2 CUP WHEAT GERM

1/2 CUP BREWERS YEAST

2-4 CLOVES OF GARKIC, MINCED

3-4 TBS OLIVE OIL

3/4 CUP CHICKEN STOCK

1/4 CUP MOLASSES

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 and spray a cooking sheet with pam. Combine first the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Then place the other ingredients in a food processor. I have a magic bullet that I used to mix the wet ingredients together.I first put in the chicken stock, then the molasses, garlic and olive oil. Mix until the ingredients are well-mixed. Slowly mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients with the dough hooks in your mixer. Beat until the dough is well-mixed. Shape dough into a ball. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 1/2 thick. Cut dough into rounds. I use a 1 1/2" cutter. Transfer biscuits to prepard baking sheet. Bake for 18 Min. or until well-browned. Turn off heat and open the oven door ajar. Leave biscuits to dry in oven for about an hour.
