DRY INGREDIENTS

(6c) 4c. flour

(2-5/8c) 1-3/4c. butter / Crisco

(1-1/2T) 1T sugar

(3t) 2t. salt

LIQUIDS

(1-1/2T) 1T. cider vinegar

(1-1/2) 1 egg

(3/4) 1/2c. water (cold)

Preparation

Blend dry ingredients to consistency of cornmeal Mix liquids in a separate bowl and add to flour mixture Blend well Chill 1 hour *Use tapioca in bottom crust *Rub crust with milk and sprinkle with sugar
