Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/3 c. sugar or sugar substitute

1 c. sour cream

2 tsp. vanilla extract

8 oz. whipped topping thawed

1 prepared graham cracker crust

1 lb. fresh strawberries, hulled and halved lengthwise

Preparation

Beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar, sour cream and vanilla until just combined. Fold in topping. Scrape into pie crust. Chill for 4 hours. Starting in center arrange strawberries in a circular pattern on top of the cream. Pipe with leftover filling if desired.
