Ingredients
2 1/2 c rolled oats
3/4 c and 3 tbsp white sugar
3 tbsp and 2 1/4 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp and 3/4 tbsp water
3/4 tsp vanilla
3/4 c and 1 tbsp and 1 tsp butter softened
1 1/4 c confectioners sugar
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the oats, sugar and cocoa. With clean hands, mix in the water, vanilla and butter to form a dough. Wash hands, then roll dough into balls 1-2 in in diameter. Roll balls in confectioners sugar until thickly coated. Chill 20 min before serving.
