Ingredients
2 cups Splenda Sugar Blend
3 tablespoons best quality cocoa powder
3 cups quick cooking oatmeal
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup peanutbutter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preparation
- Place the sugar, milk, butter, salt & cocoa in a sacepan.
- Bring ingredients in the saucepan to a boil. Continue to boil for 5 minutes while stirring frequently.
- Remove saucepan from heat and add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal.
- Immediately drop cookie mix by the teaspoon onto parchment or wax paper.
- Allow cookies to cool thoroughly.
