Ingredients
Crust:
1 ½ C graham crackers crushed
1/4 C melted butter
Filling:
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 can (small) condensed milk
1/3 C lemon juice
1 t vanilla
Preparation
Crust:
Mix butter and crumbs. Press into pie plate. Let set while making filling.
Filling:
Let cheese set to room temperature. Beat until fluffy. Gradually add milk and blend well. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well. Pour in crust and chill 2 to 3 hours before putting on topping.
