Ingredients

1 quart onions (2 lbs) chopped

6 lbs green tomatoes (2 qts) cut up

1 quart cucumbers (2 lbs) cup up small

1 cauliflower - broken up small

2 red peppers - cut up

1 bunch celery - cut up

1 cup salt

5 cup sugar

1 1/2 cup flour

1 Tbsp dry mustart

1 1/23 Tbsp tumeric

1 quart mild vinegar

1 quart water

Preparation

Cover veg with water. Add 1 cup salt and bring to boil. Drain. Mix liquids, flour, sugar and spices. Cook slowly until thick. Pour over vegies. Cook a few minutes or until veg are just soft (not too soft). Pour into sterile jars and seal
