Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg (beaten)
½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
1 box confectioners’ sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat oven to 355۫.
Combine cake mix, 1 egg, and butter. Press into bottom of a greased 13"x9" baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour on top of first layer.
Bake for 45 minutes. Cool before cutting into squares.
