Ingredients
1 Lb. Red Potatoes
1/4 C + 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tsp. Coarse-Grain Dijon Mustard
1/3 Tsp. Shallot Salt
1/3 Tsp. Rosemary
1 1/2 Tsp. Mustard Powder
6 Cracks Black Pepper
2 1/2 Tbsp. Green Onion
Preparation
Boil Potatoes until tender. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until well blended.
Allow potatoes to cool then dice into small chunks.
Mix potatoes into dressing.
