Ingredients

1 loaf french Bread banquet

1 2-cup bag of Parmesan- Romano Cheese

6 eggs

Fresh chives

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut loaf into pieces 2- inch thick. Whisk eggs in 2 quart bowl.After eggs are whisked, dip slices of bread gently into egg halfway on each side.Put on Greased cookie sheet.Generously add cheese to slices, on one side only, until desiered amount is on each slice.Sprinkle chives on each slice. Not alot. Cook 5-10 minutes.Let cool 2 minutes in pan. Serve and enjoy!!!Serves 4-5 people.
