Preparation
PLACE RIBS IN SHALLOW ROASTING PAN MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS AND RUB RIBS LET MARINATE FOR 2 HOURS COVER AND PUT FRIDGE. PUT WATER IN ROASTING PAN TENT WITH FOIL AND COOKIN A 350 OVEN FOR 2 TO 2.5 HOURS TILL YOU CAN PULL A BONE OUT. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND CHILL
MIX INGREDIENTS FOR BBQ SAUCE AND LET SIMMER 15 MINUTES REMOVE FROM STOVE AND STORE IN A CLOSED CONTAINER UNTIL NEEDED. FIRE UP YOUR GRILL TO MEDIUM HIGH HEAT PLACE RIBS ON GRILL TURNING AFTER 4 MINUTES TURN AGAIN AND BRUSH ON BBQ SAUCE RETURN TO GRILL AND FINISH GRILLING TO YOUR DESIRED APPEARANCE
