Ingredients
320gr spaghetti
1 fennel
some anchovies
fresh garlic
olive oil
butter
pepper
salt
bread crumbles
Preparation
- Slice the fennel julienne-style.
- Put it in a pan with warm oil.
- Spread some butter on an aluminium foil.
- Add pepper&salt to the fennel and cover with the buttered foil. Cook slowly for 20mins.
- Meanwhile, bring water to a boil, add salt and cook the spaghetti.
- In a bowl, put together anchovies and fresh garlic, sliced. Add olive oil.
- When the spaghetti are cooked, put them in the bowl with anchovies, garlic and oil.
- Add the fennel and bread crumbles.
- Stir & serve.
