Ingredients

320gr spaghetti

1 fennel

some anchovies

fresh garlic

olive oil

butter

pepper

salt

bread crumbles

Preparation

  1. Slice the fennel julienne-style.
  2. Put it in a pan with warm oil.
  3. Spread some butter on an aluminium foil.
  4. Add pepper&salt to the fennel and cover with the buttered foil. Cook slowly for 20mins.
  5. Meanwhile, bring water to a boil, add salt and cook the spaghetti.
  6. In a bowl, put together anchovies and fresh garlic, sliced. Add olive oil.
  7. When the spaghetti are cooked, put them in the bowl with anchovies, garlic and oil.
  8. Add the fennel and bread crumbles.
  9. Stir & serve.
