Ingredients

2 thick-cut NY strips

2 bags watercress

1 cup red wine

3 tablespoons soy sauce

4 cloves garlic

EVOO

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

MARINADE Combine 1 cup of wine with 4 cloves minced garlic and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce

Add strips to freezer bag with marinade. Remove air. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Wash and dry watercress. Remove desired amount of stems. Set aside.

Coat strips with EVOO and S & P. Grill strips to desired temp on a hot grill. Let rest for 10 minutes.

Add salt to taste and EVOO to watercress and toss.

Serve steak with salad.
