Ingredients

Advanced:

1 1/2 oz. Pomegranate Black Tea

1 1/2 oz. cognac

1/2 oz. orange Curacao

4 one-inch square pieces of pineapple

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Garnish:

nutmeg

Simple:

3 oz. Pomegranate Black Tea

1 1/2 oz. cognac

3 oz. pineapple juice

Garnish:

nutmeg

Preparation

Advanced:

  1. Muddle the pineapple chunks and the Curacao in the bottom of a mixing glass.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and shake well with ice.

  3. Double strain into a chilled flute and garnish with grated fresh nutmeg.

Simple:

  1. Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.

  2. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top.
