Ingredients
1 1/2 # shrimp - unpeeled (no smaller than 31 count.
3 stalks celery chopped, including leaves
1 clove of garlic, chopped
juice of 2 lemons
1/2 c butter in chunks
2T cracked pepper
1T Worcestershire Sauce
1/2T Tabasco, La hot sauce
11/2t salt.
Preparation
Place shrimp one layer deep in baking pan. Spread all ingredients over shrimp Place under broiler until butter melts and shrimp turning pink Turn shrimp one time and don’t let it dry out or overcook. Remove shrimp to serving bowls. Serve with lemon wedges and plenty of crusty soppin’ bread.
