Ingredients
2 lbs. shrimp (fresh or frozen)1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1 Tsp. pepper
2 Tsp. tabasco sauce
Juice of 2 lemons
2 Tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
2 Tsp. Cajun Seasoing
Preparation
Spray 13x9 inch baking pan. Peel shrimp (if using fresh), rinse, and pat dry. If using frozen shrimp follow directions on bag for thawing. Place shrimp in pan.
Heat above ingredients on stove. Pour mixture over shrimp and bake uncovered at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until shrimp turn opaque. (Baking time will be less for thawed, ready-to-eat shrimp). Stir a few times during baking.
